Our Process

Stage 1: Gap Analysis

Review the existing client current practice against GMP & HACCP Requirements for core factors which are people, documentation and facility.

  • Stage 2: Development & Implementation

    Support and educate client on the requirements. Focus to stablished an effective and systematic working environment with proper documentations.

  • Stage 3: Check & System Review

    Train internal auditor and prepare for pre compliance audit including Management Review Meeting.

  • Stage 4: Compliance Audit & Support

    Review the post audit findings, assist client in replying Certification Body audit report. Obtain certification.
